Ryan Wuerch is the founder and CEO of Dosh, a mobile app which enables consumers to get cash back on their purchases. In September 2018, Ryan Wuerch announced the addition of five new members to the retail technology company’s executive team.
Within the last year, Dosh raised one of the largest venture capital rounds in Central Texas: $44 million in a series A round of funding. A number of venture capital firms in California invested in Dosh, including Goodwater Capital LLC and the California headquarters of PayPal, Inc.
According to Wuerch, Dosh aims to continue this upward momentum by building its executive team and hiring individuals who possess the necessary leadership skills and experience. The new additions include high-level leaders at prominent businesses such as Nike, Alphabet, and PayPal, which provided Dosh with extensive consumer-facing business experience in Austin’s technology sector. Furthermore, these individuals highlight the company’s growing national appeal.
